PRACTICAL INFORMATION
What to bring with you
When you come for a retreat you can bring with you:
warm or light clothes depending of the season
if summer, a swimming suit
bed sheets, sleeping bag, towel
a bottle of water that you can fill
hiking shoes
prefer to wear long sleeves and pants for the hikes
a flashlight for moving at night from one bulding to the other
snacks for the breaks
a mat, notebook and pen
music instruments if you play some
Music CDs if you want to share music with others
How to get to Cayla
Cayla is located at the end of a road, in the South Aveyron, at more or less equal distance from the city of Toulouse and Montpellier. (1h30′ drive from Toulouse and 2h30′ drive from Montpellier) in a small hamelt composed of 3 farms.
If you come by plane, the closest international airport is Toulouse. The main train station is Toulouse Matabiau.
From Toulouse you can take a train to Albi (1h).
You can also arrange a carpoll with Blablacar to Saint Sernin sur Rance
Contact us if you come by plane or train and will will arrange a carpool for you if possible or we will come to pick you up either in Albi or Saint Sernin.
If you drive to Cayla, you need to come to the village of Saint Crépin 12380 Laval Roquecezière. When you enter in Saint Crépin, take the first road to your right. Cayla is indicated. You will cross the hamlets of Fialès, the farm of Sermet and then, at the end of the road, you will reach Le Cayla.
